―Store Description

Description

The DJ Booth is a support tower that increases the range of towers, all the while playing music from its speakers. It can be bought in the store for Coin 4,000 .

The DJ Booth mainly provides a range boost to towers within its range. At Level 3+, tower upgrade discounts are also provided.

This tower does not attack enemies and there is a limit of one DJ Booth per player, meaning players will have to be careful when placing this tower to ensure its effectiveness.

Strategy

  • Only one DJ Booth can be placed per player, so choose the spot wisely.
  • This is very efficient with towers with high upgrade costs and long range, such as the Ranger and Turret.
    • In addition, towers with short range, such as the Ace Pilot, Crook Boss and Pyromancer, will also benefit greatly from the range increase.
    • However, the range buff cannot increase the range of the following towers:
      • The Shotgunner.
      • The DJ Booth.
        • The DJ Booth also cannot decrease the upgrade prices of another DJ Booth.
      • All Units.
      • Circling range of the Pursuit and Ace Pilot.
        • The radius in which towers gain hidden detection from the Ace Pilot also cannot be increased.
        • These towers' attack range can still be increased.
      • The Commander's Call to Arms ability range.
        • The passive buff and attack range can still be increased.
      • The Medic's Revive ability range.
        • The attack range can still be increased.
      • The Gladiator; enemies will not be damaged in the gained range if it is a number beyond 6.
      • The Slasher.
        • Its Knife Throw ability range can still be increased.
      • The Sledger will hit less enemies in its gained range.
      • The chain range of the Electroshocker.
        • The attack range can still be increased.
      • The explosion radius from Splash Damage towers cannot be increased.
  • The DJ Booth can be extremely useful in increasing the Commander's range so that more towers receive the Commander's buffs.
    • However, be aware that the Commander's Call to Arms range is not increased with the DJ Booth. The passive buff range is increased.
  • The DJ Booth has no effect on the range of units from the Military Base and the Crook Boss.
  • While the DJ Booth does not affect the Farm in terms of range, it does help with lowering costs of the Farm, especially if you want to have multiple Farms.
  • If you want to sell your towers, do be aware that towers within the range of the DJ Booth get less cash back in comparison to those outside the range of the DJ Booth.
    • If you would like to relocate your towers, it is not recommended to sell your DJ Booth as well because sell prices are permanently affected if a tower is upgraded with a Level 3 or higher DJ Booth nearby.
  • The discount buff will be less effective on towers if they have a Golden skin equipped, like the Golden Cowboy and Golden Scout, as the decrease will be the same as their regular version despite the cost increase. For example, it will cost Money (Gameplay Currency) $1,800 to upgrade a Golden Scout to Level 4 with a 20% discount buff, instead of the expected Money (Gameplay Currency) $1,600.

Feel like she heard, and I know that I'll never forget.
